Starbucks — Restaurant in San Jose

I ordered two bacon and Gouda breakfast sandwiches with no meat. That’s the option that app gives you when you want to remove the bacon and that’s something I’ve been using for the last few years as this sandwich is my “go to” breakfast sandwich at Starbucks. Once my sandwiches were ready I see two break pieces with NOTHING in them. They removed everything inside the sandwich and gave me warmed bread. When I went to the barista he is telling me it’s my fault I should have said no bacon instead of no meat with such a strong attitude. I said to him this is my regular order and I always order it this way. He asked me to discard the bread so he can give me the sandwich the way I wanted it. Mistakes can happen, but giving customers attitude and telling them it’s their fault and not taking any responsibility for it and not even bother yourself to discard the bread you gave them instead of breakfast sandwich, makes this incident the worst I’ve experienced at...

I had not commented on this place even though I think they are too slow to deliver an order. However today I will do it because they made me feel like I was not an im customer. I ordered two drinks and two baked goods which were delivered in separate bags. I politely asked the girl to give me a tray for glasses and she gave it to me rudely saying that the Glasses They are only for customers who buy 4 drinks. I had my hands full and that's why I asked for the trays. In addition, there were other orders to pick up that had 2 and 3 glasses and they had the trays. I tried at the door to take my order with my hands to return his tray but a drink spilled A little in the middle of the tray and there was no point in returning it. I always go to this place because my husband works 3 minutes away and loves Starbucks coffee. But I prefer to go to the one that is 12 minutes away than to go to that They make me feel discriminated against...

Worst !!! experience ever...

For asking for a coffee refill. To the girl with glasses ..... We spend on a daily basis $5.50_. $25 Wich can average $4000++++ a year I've been, here as customer since day#1 when the place first open.

I don't know why I paid for my ( refill ) with 2 quarters 50cents I should have paid with one of the many $100 dollar bills in my walet.... probably by doing so....the lady at the counter wouldn't have treated me like a pan handler....laughing & being sarcastic ....about my cup, having to be from the same day.......

I had 20 min..!!! that I had purchased 2 coffees dropped my wife 2 blocks away for work...came back to enjoy my coffe....but this is what I get....
