food quality and quality of service were ok, staff was very nice and food came quickly but price seems expensive with what you've got for food, each plate was quite small for the value we paid! It was happy hour so we've got some appetizers and soup at 30% off, but all dishes were very small with little food, Incredible that small bowl white rice $9, Spice catfish had 4 small piece of fish and almost are basil leaves $21.95( you can see on picture), and the feeling CHEATED point that we were 5 people and they auto charged the "service charge fee 18%" before tax, and then when we're swiping the card then payment machine asked for the tip 15-18-20% again. I didn't check the bill so i didnt' know about the service charge fee18% until i've got home. This is small restaurant and i don't see any note on the menu that we have to auto-pay for "sevice charge 18%" like that, so i've got mistake that i paid for tip again !

So, everyone should pay attention to the bill if you don't want to pay more 25-30% on total what you should pay in...

We ordered the red mango curry and chili eggplant basil which both had tofu that had gone bad. As my family and I took bites of the tofu we had to spit it out. We let the servers know and in response we were told “thanks for letting us know we told the kitchen”. We understand mistakes happen but we were offered replacement dishes. So between the 4 of us we had to finish the curries and take out the tofu.... we let that go thinking we would get a discount, but that didn’t happen. My husband and I have been going here for about a year and love this place we brought my in laws and we were raving about this place.... so imagine the disappointment when my in-laws are literally biting into the spoiled tofu and taking it out of their mouth!!! Customer service is not great after especially after this experience, we will not be...

In my last review, I gave them 3.5 stars. The food was decent and service was not too bad.

Today's experience changed all that though. The tom yum soup was very very sour and the food took long time to come out. When I complained about the soup, the lady (looks like the owner), turned around and walked away saying something walkjng away from us.

While paying the check, they had already added 18%, gratuity because we were a group of 5 and when I said that was not too happy about the service and would like to pay less than 18%, the lady said that it does not matter what I thought, for a group I would have to pay the full gratuity.

Based on the fact that they had more tables occupied than usual, i think that mild success has gone to their head.
