Let me be clear, you are coming here for Tamales!!!! It's take out only. They have giant pots constantly steaming their delicious Tamales!!!! The aroma inside is amazing and the taste is authentic! You can walk in and buy 1 tamale or buy a couple dozen. You can mix your dozen. I always get half and half. You can call in to make an order and pay at pick up. They take cash or card. Tips are welcomed. The Tia's are always working hard, and as you can see in my video with a smile. When I walked in, they were laughing and having a good time making tamales. Reminds me of my childhood. I was visiting my mom in Hawaii for November and it was an absolute must to bring tamales from the Tamale Factory. I also fully enjoy their Atole. I don't buy tamales anywhere else. That's the truth! Look no further, this is where you want to purchase your Christmas tamales. As a matter of fact, you can get tamales here all year long! Thank you, Tamale Factory!!!

A lot of masa. Where is the meat? We spent like $30 for a dozen of pork tamales. I felt the price was too expensive for what we got.The size of the tamale was ok, but 2 were considerably smaller and mostly masa. Flavor of tamales was not real tasty, but not bad. Did the job for a tamale fix.

Whenever I'm in the mood for tamales this is the go to spot! It is a bit on the expensive side, but I'd say worth it. I get two cheese tamales "preparados" which is sour creme, salsa and queso fresco. Delicious!!

I called ahead in order for three or so dozen tamales for pick up I am wednesday. I tried to order them online but it wouldn't allow me a pick up time for Wednesday only the Monday after. So I make special arrangements for my sister to pick up the tamales only to find they don't have the order. The girl on the phone says I should've been given a confirmation number. Maybe I should have but I didn't get one. So she tells me in order to for fill my order I have to wait 30 minutes luckily my sister was OK with that. However my sister discovered she didn't get a receipt for the salsas which meant I had to leave work early to get a receipt so I wouldn't be out of pocket $20. I don't know about you the times are hard and $20 can you feed me for a week. I felt the service was horrible. Will never order from them again. I was basically called a liar because I didn't have a confirmation number and then when I said my sister said there was no receipt for the salsas was told again I personally put it in the bag yet it took them over five minutes to print me a duplicate receipt. Save your sanity....

Worst tamales i have ever ate in my life. They were straight up raw and dripping and when i told the lady she goes on to tell me thats how they are, that i should have waited longer to open them up. I've ate tamales my whole life and have never seen some like that. Instead of helping they try to argue about it. I told her to trade it and she grabes plate out of my hand drops another soggy tamale and with and attitude says they are all the same then my husband ask her how long should she wait to open it and she says she don't know... Isn't she the expert that told me i should have waited to open it up ?????.... Sidenote im 38 weeks pregnant was really craving them and ate some of the sides that looked a little more cooked but still soggy and regretting it really bad now. My stomach is upset and Im starting to get nauseous wich i havnt been since the beggining of my pregnancy. Bad service...
