Food is actually good here when it is taken seriously and when your customers are spending there hard earned money it should be taken seriously. I know there is a language barrier but that really limits businesses from breaking out of there niche demographic I speak Spanish so I get along well but I've seen first hand non Spanish speakers getting frustrated when the person operating the cash register can't understand what is being said. Being that this is san jose and we are blessed to have the diversity we do seriously make it a point to have at least 1 English speaker on every shift and watch your sales go up and bad reviews go away. My one Star isn't about the language barrier again I speak Spanish and have placed my orders in Spanish in person but have also written it in Spanish and English when getting door dash. It doesn't matter if it's in person or on doordash there is always at least one wrong thing with each order and being an operations manager myself I would take the common theme in all the one star reviews and try to fix it, that common theme is lack of attention to detail. The horrible female manager is even worse; I had ordered food over the phone but being Hispanic they took to an offense to here me speak to them in the English language that the u.s. citizens are supposed to speak, they took quick action to be rude and disrespectful because my debit card is not under my name and is under my wife's.
