Pizza Factory — Restaurant in San Juan Bautista

Pizza Factory in San Juan Bautista offers more than just pizza. (Sandwiches, Hot Wings, etc.) If ya want good yummy Pizza, that when you warm up in the microwave (assuming you dont finish) even the next day, I suggest going for 'Thick Crust'.

There is LOTS of space here as they rented out two buildings. It has video games, TV's (for sports or whatever) serves Soft drinks and Alcohol (Beer/wine).

'TPF' is located at the South End of San Juan Bautista in "The Windmill Shopping Center" just off of Hwy 156. (About 3 miles off Hwy 101). It's a good location if you are visiting San Juan Bautista, have a few kids and just want to 'Relax and Regroup' if you are exploring SJB for the day. There are several restaurants in San Juan Bautista, esp.for Dates or Adults, but again if ya have a larger group with kids and need a place to recharge, or if YOU just love Pizza, this is the spot.

I had walked into this pizza factory hoping to get some food after a long and ruff day of work. Before I ordered I needed to use the restroom and was immediately told by the employee I can not use the restroom if I am not a customer without even being asked if I was going to purchase food. Embarrassingly I had to walk out and settle for McDonald’s. Being that I travel for work I have been to many pizza factories and have never been embarrassed like this. I will keep being a loyal customer to pizza factories because their food is great but maybe not this location. I would advise the owner to retrain the employees in great customer service. Really...

2 year update: I ordered a small 10" awesome combo original crust and it was one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten (I've eaten a lot). The pizza was LOADED with toppings and the bottom of the pizza was perfectly crunchy. I'm glad they have improved since the last time I've tried this place 2 years ago.

Old review: Can't give half stars on google reviews, but I would give the pizza 3.5/5. Ordered a thin crust pizza, the flavor and seasoning was good, but somehow their thin crust pizza wasn't crunchy in the middle section.
