We enjoy Hapa Bros every single time we go. They're frequently busy, but when you get a chance to talk to any of them, they're so kind. I have to admit, I want to try more of their menu items, but the chicken sandwich is too good and such a generous portion. It's still good even the next day, I don't know how they do it! And they're always very nice with my little one. He gets very excited when he sees the Hapa Bros truck. We got the chance to try the mochi waffle and it was delicious! AMAZINGLY succulent chicken breast and terrific ratio of breading on their chicken sandwich. Tried the spicy sandwich, and found the perfect mixture of sauces, slaw, chicken, and breading. Got a sample of the Mochi waffle and immediately turned back around and ordered one. Waffle had a great crisp exterior with fluffy interior, perfect amount of sweet. Pair ALL of this with a caring and friendly staff with rapid service, and you’ve got a winning combination. Can’t wait to go back to try other items on the menu. If you see their food truck, stop, you will not be disappointed. Personally flipped a U-ie to make my first of what will be many more visits. The chicken sandwich is HUGE and sooooo juicy, tender and flavorful, I couldn't put it down. The hapa fries are a loaded saucy delight.
