TL;DR: don't eat here.
They are overpriced, they lowered the portions and the quality. Not worth your money. Service is mediocre at best. Don't support this business, you're better off going anywhere else. This is my first review ever, I don't usually post reviews, but this time it was necessary. I've been coming here since this opened, they have passed the point of no return. I'm not going to waste my breath saying "they've lost a faithful customer" because I wasn't that faithful to begin with, but I'm definitely going to encourage everyone to stop coming here.
Spanish review:
TL;DR: No vayan a Arrope 🤗
Read moreThis restaurant is located in Rio Piedras, San Juan. This is essentially a college town, hosting the University of Puerto Rico. This restaurant is absolutely wonderful. They have some authentic Puerto Rican Dishes (built your own type of dishes). They are also well know for having a vast bare of breakfast dishes which always come out sooo good. I had French toast with Nutella and strawberries. I also ordered their friend eggs which includes toasts. Lastly, I ordered a “Guanábana” juice (they are natural squeezed juices), and I had a coffee too (they are excellent). I totally recommend this place for a nice breakfast or lunch time. They have many study/co-working spaces, as well as a nice outdoor seating...
Read moreIf you are looking for a little bit of green within Rio Piedras, a good coffee, and great talk with friends, this place is a good one. Also good to read books and have a little bit of me time. Would have loved to have service to the table. In this place you order your food, as soon as it is ready you have to pick it up and take it to your table. The food was good although it was not impressive. Pet friendly place. Loved my cup of coffee and a beautiful mural related to the greatness of reading...
