Church's Chicken — Restaurant in San Juan

HORRIBLE. Order # 218, Host: Nathalitza, Time: 1:47 PM., Gerente: Xavier Ortiz, Control # 2GJYU-QTBFR Yesterday, 1/4/2021 I went to fetch a couple of orders and to my surprise, this was a total disasters. Employees were non attentive, the order was served missing pieces, and the chicken was WAY BELOW PAR for Church's Chicken STANDARDS. The chicken served was way beyond "eatable", maybe even passed their health standard. Furthermore, the chicken served was NOT Church's Chicken standards... The chicken pieces were most likely bought in a SAM's or COSTCO and were absolutely SUB-PAR... VERY DISSAPOINTING. All I have to say is BYE. Never again. Such lack of professionalism and fast food etiquette that the experience was a total disaster. Oh, and by the way... Potatoes are usually soft, not crispy and have no flavor. Orders are mistaken (they put ingredients you told them not to). Not as fast as a regular McDonalds either. I usually went at night 9pm+ because of my shift, and they always said there was no ice cream, no pies, no shakes and a lot of orders. They just sold whatever didn't get sold during the day. This place closes @ 12pm. I can't understand their routine for closing (they stop operations way too soon). Once i got an order that was made @2pm that day. Worst service ever. I was the only one in the Drive Thru and it took over 25 minutes to get my order of Chicken Nuggets, Fries and a Sprite. First my order was wrong, second it was wrong again and when I went in to demand a refund, the manager said that he will personally prepare my order - I insisted in a refund but he came with my order freshly cooked and a Sundae as a treat. I only took my order and left the Sundae. Never agian will I go to McD on Roosevelt...
