Edible Arrangements — Restaurant in San Juan

Would advise anyone to avoid going to this locale. Ordered a week before Valentine's Day for a delivery to my wife. Since it was a business, the terms and conditions in the web page state that the delivery would be completed, at the latest, 5:00 p.m. Valentine's Day came around and the delivery person was nowhere to be found. Attempted to contact the store at least three times, to no avail. Left a voicemail and sent an email inquiry, and nothing. I decided to go to the store, where two other clients had the same issue. The service was almost non-existent, it seemed as if no one was interested in solving the issue, to the point that I had to ask if someone would take my name to look for the order. The employees were more interested in selling to other clients than solving the issues for the clients that had previously ordered. While I was was at the store (at around 7:13 p.m.) my wife called me to tell me that the delivery guy (with an attitude) called her to tell her that he was close to her work (she had left by then). Fortunately, the delivery guy was able to deliver the order to our house, but it was already 8:24 p.m. Finally, the order received had some issues: the platter was not the one shown in the picture and the cheesecakes were a bit off (I assume they had been a long time in the delivery guy's car). There's really nothing good that I can say: poor service, no communication, difficult to reach, and unadvertised or...

I placed a $118 order on Friday for same day delivery to my aunt's house. It was supposed to be a large bouquet and a card with personalized message. For starters, the bouquet looked terrible (I can send the picture), second the card was not included so the family didn't even know who sent the arrangement, lastly, the delivery driver did not leave it where my aunt told him. The delivery driver decided to leave the arrangement on a narrow concrete fence and, he had not even left the house, when the bouquet fell into the flower bed on the other side of the fence. The picture I have shows how he left it.

I've been trying to call the shop since I placed the order on Friday because they didn't even give me a window for delivery so I could be sure someone was home. The phone goes straight to voicemail. Then Saturday, I called every hour on the hour to discuss what happened, and it goes straight to voicemail.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! Worst customer service in history!!!! Ordered my mom a birthday gift and understandibly it could not be delivered on the day because of a tropical storm. They called me the day before to see if I could pick it up that day or to be delivered the day after the storm. I dont live in PR so I called my brother to go pick it up and at 11am the store was already closed after they told me I could go and pick it up that day. I called and called the day after the storm and no answer. They finally answered 2 days after and as soon as I started talking they put me on hold. Another lady came to the phone and put me on hold again without letting me know. I waited for 20min to see if someone would pick up the phone again and nothing. Called back all day and nothing.
