Starbucks — Restaurant in San Juan

Starbucks. Nothing I hate more than rolling eyes and saying no when you ask for your rewards benefits, something you earn. First and only time I've ever asked for any kind of reward, for my birthday after a crummy day, and got looked at as if i was indecent by some and ignored by others. I was told that i had to be an email subscriber, so i proved. They then tell me I have to be in the app and it has to say it there, so I proved. Finally i just get the condescending "I'm sorry but you aren't getting it here or anywhere in PR because that's the rules". Why make me go through all the hoops and hurdles then? I proved each time I wasn't making this up. I used to buy every morning and was greeted by the ladies and gentlemen very courteously, today i felt like a bum asking for loose change....

It's a shame that I cannot recommend this store. Yes, the drive-through is separate from the store, which makes it more efficient, albeit the tunnel is uncomfortably narrow and there is evidence of multiple cars scratching the walls. Yes, the staff is nice enough. Yes, the store is big, compared to others. Nothing compensates for the nightmare that is this store's parking. Spaces are too narrow, access is supposed to be two-way but there is only enough space for one car, and people simply do not respect disabled parking spaces. It is so bad that, between the long drive-through lines and the risky parking, you may not be assured of being a le to actually buy a coffee if you go to this store. You may actually want to go to another one just to avoid...

Out of all the starbucks i have been to( and i mean all since im in the military). This one has the worst customer service ever. In the defense of some employees, most of the horrible treatment i have received has been from trainers or supervisors dont know why. After visiting this store for a couple of years, the chain changed owners i think and since then my drinks cant be prepared normally and the staff apparently got all high and mighty.
