Embajada Aztlan — Restaurant in San Juan

Let me tell you folks something, we just happen to walk into this restaurant in San Juan Texas. It's a small restaurant who serves a seafood buffet for lunch. Since it was 6 pm we order off the menu. I ordered fajitas tacos and the law ordered enchiladas Amercano. I decided to get the fish ceviche as an appetizer. Folks the ceviche was outstanding. Other restaurants you can barely see the fish, this dish you can see the fish. The chef fixed it perfect you didn't have to add more lemon just the tabasco for some heat. I tore up the fajitas tacos the fajitas were soft and well seasoned. The law was only able to eat 1 enchilada out of three , but made sure she took it home. Quedé impresionada de la calidad de los platillos aquí, los hemos visitado por la recomendación de mi suegro pero ha superado nuestras expectativas. Llegamos a la hora en que el buffet estaba siendo actualizado. La selectividad que tienen en sus platos hace que le dediquen el tiempo y calidad.
