Irene's Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in San Juan

I got the lunch special, beef tostadas. Everything was good only thing was that at the middle of finishing my tostada I got a really bad taste. I started smelling my tostadas because I was freaked out and it smelled like the rag they they use to clean the tables. My guess is maybe they cleaned the counter they were cutting the vegetables that went on my tostada with that same rag and sometimes those rags over time get a smell of ugly water… I honestly didn’t want to fight with a person that charges for refills and states “NO SHARING FOOD” around the restaurant… I honestly took my L; payed for the food and left. I don’t recommend it at al. I’d like to add that all 3 of my tostadas smelled off, I don’t want anyone...

Yum! Delicious! Sort friendly. My friend frequents this place and brought me here ro try yet another Mexican restaurant.

Pleasantly surprised. My friend had his usual fajita taco. I took a few bites from it. If he hadn't noticed I would have devoured it. My typical enchilada plate was also something else. It had flavour. The kind of flavour you only get from freshly made food. The tortillas were made by a little old lady in the back, I just know it!

A friend brought us a caldo from this little restaurant and I have to say I fell in love!! so many restaurants to choose from and the caldo by far is the best tasting!!
