I stood there for a good 20 mins and NO ONE even said "good morning" or offered to help. There were 2 cashiers: One of them completely ignored me and the other one, looked at me once and didn't even asked me if I needed anything. I saw another employee that was loading a truck with gift baskets and I had to interrupt her to see if I could get someone to at least acknowledge that there was a customer in the store. She was too busy to help me, I get it. But she didn't even told the other two that I needed help. I was there ready to spend $600 but, after their terrible customer service, I took my business to Boutique Du Vin. Which is waaaaay better. Actually, when I got to Boutique Du Vin, one of the employees told me that they get customers everyday complaining about La Bodega de Mendez and their horrible customer service. Funnily enough, while I was paying, a customer came in complaining about them.
