The food is an eclectic combination of European Spanish and Caribbean flavors. The ingredients are fresh, the servers are attentive and knowledgeable. They have a decent wine collection but mostly Spanish wines. The plating and execution of the dishes was flawless and great care was put into each dish. The restaurant is on the expensive side, that's not meant as a negative. We ate fried boquerones, and the juiciest bite of pork, wich is a limited menu item. For dessert we ate a play on a traditional "tarta vasca" with ice cream, and got to try bread pudding too. The Thanksgiving tasting (special) started with a tasty pumpkin chowder, following by a house salad, and the main entré; turkey. I cannot explain the deliciousness in the sausage stuffing they created. That combined with a crusty layer of "chicharrón"-- speechless. No compuction....
