Is been awhile since I visit, yet glad to see they haven't change as much. I went alone so was sitted in the bar which I didn't mind as there was a good view of the tv to pass the time. The atmosphere is still good with big open space and nice lighting. I order my favorite of theirs: Mama's trio. Still as amazing as I remember it, parmesan chicken was on point. Not to hard to cut, but still crunchy. The fettuconi alfredo was creamy and well cooked. Finish with the lasagna, it the perfect plate to savour as much as possible! Parking is easy giving is in a mall and is in corner spot so parking in that area isn't hard to find.

We were seated pretty quickly, considering how busy it was. Instead of giving up on me eating anything more than a small side salad, (some of their gluten-free options were no longer available,) the waitress collaborated with me to make sure the grilled chicken meal with roasted potatoes was cooked (in my humble opinion to perfection,) without me having to worry about becoming ill from gluten poisoning. I had enough for a substantial lunch the next day. Still tender, juicy, flavorful! Everyone at my table was just as happy with their meals as well.

Took my parents on a lunch date to this location and the experience was good. The churrasco was tender and tasty, the risotto de gandules amazing and the mushroom ravioli is always a good choice. Of course we loved the complimentary rosemary bread! The servers were friendly although they seemed a little understaffed and it took them a while to bring us the bill and they had forgotten my salad order but they quickly brought it once I reminded them. I like their menu and will probably be returning and I hope they get to employ the staff they need.

Had a great dinner here around 6 PM on a Friday. One big plus right off the bat—tons of parking, which isn’t always a given in Puerto Rico. The restaurant was moderately busy, but we were seated right away at a table for four, which was a nice surprise.

The kids were thrilled to get crayons and color on the paper table mats—simple but effective! Our waitress was fun, quirky, super attentive, and great with the kids. She also spoke excellent English, which made communication a breeze.

The kids’ meals came out quickly, which kept everyone happy. The mac and cheese was a hit, and my older daughter’s chicken parmesan was enormous—two large pieces of chicken with plenty of angel hair pasta. Both dishes were tasty and satisfying.

The only downside was the long wait for my wife’s and my food. Turns out there was a mix-up because I had ordered a special, and it accidentally went to another table. At least they explained the delay, and when the food finally arrived, it was delicious—definitely worth the wait. Drinks were on point too, especially the Moscow Mule.

Overall, it was a great experience with delicious food, excellent service, and a kid-friendly vibe. Just knocking off one star for the wait, but otherwise,...

If you want a Romano's this one is the one to avoid. Service was sub-par. We ordered 2 mac and cheese bites, and one baked mac and cheese for my niece. Then for us we ordered 2 baked Mac and cheese and some fetuchinni. They brought us the bites. They they brought us more bites. We where like we already got them. Then the waitress came to see what had happened. We told her that we asked for the baked ones not more bites. She said she was sorry. She then came back and ask if the ones for my niece where kids ones or baked. We said baked. There where 3 total. After that the first 2 came and later on the third. First 2 where good. 3rd had almost no cheese. After that there was a mix up with the bill. The fetuchinni was billed full price and not the special. They did not even adjust to actual price. Never going back to...
