One of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a store. I come from the states and have had multiple negative experiences at several Home Depot stores, but this one takes the cake.
I went to the wood cutting area, and the employee said "the machine was broken". There's a possibility that it was a lie since he seemed very evasive as if he did not want to do his work. Eventually, I went to the customer service counter to request information about other stores that had their wood-cutting machine working.
There were three employees at the customer service counter, and ALL OF THEM were gossiping and ignoring us. We had to literally stare at them until they started hesitating, and one of them came over. She refused to call another store, giving the excuse of "a possibility that by the time we arrived at the other store, their wood-cutting machine could break down". I asked if she could verify anyways and one of the other employees came to us and repeated the same thing with a smirk.
Advice to The Home Depot: retraining is urgently needed at this store. Your employees are stealing your money and making you lose clients by the hundreds (yes, word of mouth is still a thing, and it continues to be very powerful).

The excellent staff up to now have never misled me have given me the proper information I'm white I really really love is that daylight led light bulbs that all fantastic and last and last for a very long time. Do not be afraid of the long lines that they have to get in I'm be taking care of they do their best to bring them down as fast as can be what you can do is look up their information on a Web page and find out what time their open and what time they're closed and what holidays there open and what holidays they are closed. Read moreMade a pick-up order on Monday, didn't receive notice until Thursday afternoon, after several items had been canceled, and after requesting the remaining items be held until 6am on Friday since I couldn't go out to pick the remaining order items up, my order wasn't just "not ready" for pick-up at 6am on Friday, what was supposed to be held for pick up, was either put back or sold the day prior.
Not only was I charged up-front for NO service, I wasted my time and fuel for it. I can excuse the wait times due to the ongoing situation, but I'm not excusing making me wake up early, spending my fuel and wasting my time to be told they didn't do the bare minimum expected from them.
