Yesterday I ate at a Wendy's in Las Piedras; the service was excellent and fast (in comparison to Wendy's standard). Today I went to "The Outlets at Montehiedra". There is a Wendy's there and my wife and I decided to eat again in Wendy's.

The owner of this store should be fired. The employees, or most of them, apparently are under the impression that costumers are a nuisance in there daily routine. They weren't impolite or discourteous, but they have a bad attitude regarding service.

About discharging the manager: he or she is responsible of building an effective and well prepared team. That's his or here's first failure. On top of that he or she apparently has no knowledge of what the store is supposed to have: they only has Coca Cola, orange soda and water. There is no ketchup in the dispensers and no croutons for the salad. I would be apprehensive of finding out what else is...

Overall, very nice. The restaurant dining room was very clean. They have automated ordering machines where you can order your own food and wait to pick it up. This made ordering at my own pace stress-free. As an English speaker, I could order in a breeze. I can add and remove cheese or mayo without feeling like a nuisance to the cashier. With a family with many food allergies, ordering out can feel embarrassing as well as stressful. I liked the machines those I'm sad that people will eventually lose their jobs. They were really busy, as it was after church and we had a few hiccups with our order, hence the 4 stars for service. But overall, I was happy.
