ROSADO Coffee San Juan — Restaurant in San Juan

Decoration is unique, i really love the colors and the theme. Customer services on my opinion in San Juan Location it was horrible. It was my first time and i made a reservation for my family, a table of 4, and i wait 20 min to be seated even when it was 2 tables open and cleaned. After we seated i ask for a mimosa and the waitress just gave me the champagne and because it was my time i did not know that i have to go to the mimosa wall and all the concept so i was lost, after asking another staff member they explain to me. Food was very, very good but it took 1 hour to bring to table and the place was not bussy or full and with 2 kids on table asking constantly for the food was a bad experience, kids need to be served first. The place is very mid. It’s more aesthetic than anything. I visited on the Father’s Day weekend. The food isn’t great for the price, but isn’t bad either. The service was good, tho. But the thing that had me concerned is their security. Even isn’t the restaurant fault, I had a situation with a homeless guy that approached me as soon as dropout the car in their parking (not surroundings parking). The guy was probably with a flu and sickened me for more than a week. And considering that their customer approach is women, that isn’t a very safe/appealing environment. This Pink Experience was great. I went with my teenage daughter as a Mom-Daughter date. This is a Family Friendly Place, but also a great spot to share with your besties. For me the atmosphere is a 3 star because the noise (high tone chatting) plus the loud music affects the acoustic of the place, and also the experience. No matter that, I will come back with some friends to taste Mimosas and fill it with the variety juices of The Mimosa Wall. Reservations are highly recommended. Parking available through surroundings.
