Well…we were eager to discover what they have to offer. Let me begin by saying the venue is beautiful and great location but 1) walked in and we told the receiver that it was our first time visiting the restaurant so we were expecting some sore of explanation of how their restaurant operated but it was like “well you can either sit at this table or the table on the other side” so we decided to sit by the avenue side of it. At this point we didn’t even receive a normal greet of a 1st time visit like “this is how our restaurant works, We recommend this tapas, you basically walk around and pick the wine you want and pay for” no explanation what so ever…we kind of figure things out. Our server was as dry as a bone with no flavor, no insight of whats popular, you can pair this food with this wine or do you know the wine you picked. I mean nothing it was like me and my wife figuring things out on our own as we always do at home. Appetizers tapas were great and the parrillada platter was good but again the service was bone dry. I ordered at the end an Old Fashioned in which was served over ice cubes instead a solid rock either cube or ice ball, glass was cracked and the measurement was very off which you can see in the pics. We dine a lot here in the island since we love eating out. Me personally will never go back not even to the one in Guaynabo. If you want to go I recommend to make your own judgement but us will not go back. To the OWNER you should look deeper into your servers training to make sure they are treating customers correctly and to engage them they way they deserves, to the servers look into yourself and ask if you are doing everything you can to make your customer want it to come back because our server definitely didnt want us back. At the end first and last time here. Thanks but definitely not worth the $188...

This was my second recent visit for lunch. Unlike my wonderful first visit, this time they struck out. 1, 2, 3...you 're out!!

I ordered the sliders medium... I specified Pinkish with no blood . They came very well done, and the hand cut fries were cold. They took the fries and tried again. The fries came back...very delicious...but after the burgers were eaten. Timing way off. I was sharing the dishes. We also shared a dish we had had last week...steak lo mein, but with no onions. It came with onions and fairly spicy. Very unlike the week before. My second visit was very disappointing. They seem to have a sequencing and timing problem, with various servers tending to the table.I also feel the servers could know the menu a bit better. The ambiance is nice..contemporary and urban. The menu is nice. The service is a bit off... who brings the water, who brings the meal, who takes the questions/problems (where are the fries?) The servers drift away it seems and you have to flag them down. Like I said, the first visit was wonderful. The second a bit off. I 'll give it one more chance. The deserts were great. Prices are more than fair, and portions sufficient. The wine list is quite nice. The table next to us seemed to have issues with the steak temp...they sent theirs back. Maybe it was an off day. They seemed to strike out, but I 'll go back up to bat this coming week. I like the place, the menu and the staff... I d...

Service was HORRIBLE. Servicio GRAVE. Restaurant closes at 11pm, kitchen closes at 10:30pm, staff kicks you out at 11:09pm. They took away our charcuterie plate TWICE without asking and we weren’t done with it. The kid even took my plate away while I was grabbing a piece of bread. They took forever to bring our bottle of champagne, later took forever to bring back our credit cards (with missing receipt) but didn’t hesitate in bringing the bill and asking for a tip. Have been to the one in Guaynabo plenty of times when I lived here. Not returning to none of the locations again. The place is nice but with that customer service…. Never again. Can’t say much about the food since we just went for a bottle of champagne and a board but I’ve had a few of their plates at Guaynabo and it’s good. But again, with that service neither I, my friend or my family that lives here will...

Tinto y Blanco is a great spot with a modern, bright design thanks to lots of glass and natural light. Conveniently located just steps away from the train station, Choliseo, and the financial district, it’s an ideal spot for both business lunches and pre-event meals. I went for lunch at 11:30 a.m. to beat the crowd, and the service was excellent—friendly and attentive staff. Their lunch special menu is a real highlight, offering excellent value without compromising on quality. We had the masitas de pollo and masitas de pescado, both tasty and served in large portions. The mamposteao rice was delicious. The real star, however, was the hojaldre. It’s a must-try and undoubtedly one of the standout offerings, which I highly recommend. Credit cards are accepted, making it an easy and satisfying choice for lunch.

Loved coming here for an impromptu dinner on a Friday night. We experienced great service from the staff and the manager. The food was great and the wines were the most affordable I've seen at a restaurant. It's an interesting concept where you can go an pick your own wine. The menu is tapas but they are good portions. The only dish that I thought was a miss was the papas bravas. They used Yukon potatoes instead of the traditional small potatoes and they were overly smothered in sauce. This was the only dish I wouldn't order. I think overall this place is excellent for a pre or post movie date, a happy hour or a nice dinner!
