Perfect spot to get ice cream on a HOT summer day!

Let's get the important stuff out of the way. Oh Covid days, when you gotta check out the place to make sure it's safe. They have social distancing stickers outside of the parlour. Staff all wearing masks and gloves.

Onto the fun and actually most vital part is the ice cream review! I got the double scoop, which I choose green tea and cookies and cream to pair. My mom got the NSA vanilla and ube. The portions are huge! You definitely get your money's worth. I really enjoyed my ice cream combo. The green tea was flavorful and the cookies and cream was just what I expected. Can never go wrong with cookies and cream. I had some of my mom's ube. The ube was definitely good; though I feel like there was some added sugar to it.

I went back to get a pint of the ube and cookies and cream so I could share the goodness with my friend :) The quality of ice cream and how much they give you in servings is worth the price. Pricing is reasonable.

This is the first time I have tasted ice cream so creamy and very rich in flavor. My favorites are Chocolate Marble, Praline, Tin Roof, Butter Pecan and Strawberry Cheesecake. Aside from the excellent quality of flavor and the serving size is quite generous the prices are very reasonable. What is also fascinating about this place is that it is a family owne u0d business. You will often see members of the owner's family are the one serving at the ice cream parlor. Ironically, they are very "warm" and friendly people serving a sweet "cold " ice cream. There is always a long line of customers patiently waiting for their turn just to get a taste of a really 😋 yummy treat. The last time that we were there, the owner himself graced the place with his presence , Mr Johnny Lin. He is Japanese , a nice and humble man. He came out because he knows my friend Marcus.. Yummy ice cream that doesn’t taste store-bought. However, the parking situation is dangerous. I also wish it was more spacious, be prepared to form a line. That’s not the issue for me, what is an issue is once you’re inside ordering customers don’t respect the line. They yell over you, push and hover. They’re all over the place and they cut to pay for the ice cream even though you’re in line. There should be more order especially since it is crowded! Owner should honor its customers and keep it respectful by reminding regulars to form a decent line and be patient. It was my first time and last. I didn’t feel welcomed nor was I given proper time to choose the ice cream I wanted.

Might I add a recommendation: This place would make SOOO much more money if they delivered ice cream with home delivery companies such as DoorDash, GrubHub and Uber Eats. They could offer packaging where it is...
