I think food and service can do a better job at this store. While I've noticed that my drinks taste a little off every now and then, like not enough peanut butter in my Peanut Butter Moo'd or no peanut butter in my Chunky Strawberry Bowl, the way the employees carry themselves towards the customers can use a little more work. They act polite when they approach you, but when you don't interact with them, or when they're busy doing something else, they don't bother to look friendly. I don't expect them to say hi or give me a big smile, but don't look like you're annoyed at my presence, like the shift manager who saw me come in, looked at me and then continued his closing duties at the cash register.

I ordered a drink and added extra things into it therefore it was supposed to be poured into a bigger cup giving that I paid extra. when I approached the girl in the front that poured my drink she immediately got an attitude got really defensive called over the shift lead sad to say she was very disrespectful and rude as well. She poured my drink back into the blender put a scoop of frozen yogurt and blended it for a long time I ended up with not a smoothie but a watery water down drink.
