Jamba — Restaurant in San Leandro

I think food and service can do a better job at this store. While I've noticed that my drinks taste a little off every now and then, like not enough peanut butter in my Peanut Butter Moo'd or no peanut butter in my Chunky Strawberry Bowl, the way the employees carry themselves towards the customers can use a little more work. They act polite when they approach you, but when you don't interact with them, or when they're busy doing something else, they don't bother to look friendly. I don't expect them to say hi or give me a big smile, but don't look like you're annoyed at my presence, like the shift manager who saw me come in, looked at me and then continued his closing duties at the cash register.

Very unprofessional team. I worked for Jamba for 9 years and from what I remember customer service was very important. I guess standards have changed. I ordered a drink and added extra things into it therefore it was supposed to be poured into a bigger cup giving that I paid extra. when I approached the girl in the front that poured my drink she immediately got an attitude got really defensive called over the shift lead sad to say she was very disrespectful and rude as well. She poured my drink back into the blender put a scoop of frozen yogurt and blended it for a long time I ended up with not a smoothie but a watery water down drink. I am so disappointed this is not what Jamba was about when I work for them. We will never return to this location. I don't recommend this location at all. I usually order from Uber eats and I like to get extra peanut butter, agave , light ice , coconut milk I know it cost extra I don’t mind paying it but you can’t add that on Uber eats so I usually ask the driver to relay the message of the specifics of how I would like it and it’s never been a problem but this time I’m told the manager said no and when I mentioned that I just ordered the other day and it was made no problem then it was remade with malicious intent for it to be Incorrect with one smoothie being extra ice, extra chocolate and blended on the lowest setting chucks of ice still and the other was just normal nothing changed I find this to be really strange behavior and will be getting down to the bottom of why someone would feel the need to work in food service to mess with...
