New York Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in San Leandro

#1. Sun. Night. I ordered the managers Special Received pizzas 11:10pm. They were barely Luke warm. Cheese was dry, No breadsticks this time. I got the Bottled soda, I asked for 2cans . Even though I don't drink soda, I give it to the homeless. #2. Returning customer, Great service, I conveyed my disatisfaction on my last order. Pizza was delivered hot to touch, real thick and cheesey, it included the breadsticks this time , delivered within 20 minutes. Only suggestion is pizza could use a little more sauce otherwise it was great. #3. Back again same as my dissatisfied order one of the pizzas lacked a topping.questionable about this place.

My girlfriend ordered a pizza for the family this was her favorite pizza spot! I guess they changed management and lost old distributors! & every since then this place is ran down! Obviously from the reviews! Her pepperonis were burnt! She called and they don’t do refunds and kept telling her that’s how the pepperoni come out! No incentives, no apologies! No remake of the pizza! No here’s a coupon for your next purchase! The guy on the phone was rude! & at this point all the reviews keep saying who ever this guy is , is rude too so why does he still work there! Sounds like he’s bad for business! She even used to love the chicken Alfredo they don’t sell the type of noodles she likes any more! Sadly she had lost one of her favorite food places! You guys really should work on customer service and quality of your food! If u wouldn’t eat it don’t sell it! Simple we will not be coming back! Hope y’all get it together before you lose...

I really think this pizza is frozen pizza that they just heat up to give to the customers I literally cannot taste the food I had broken a five day fast and everyone knows if you haven’t eaten there long the first thing is going to be amazing this food I couldn’t taste any of it when I put the Parmesan cheese on top that was only thing I could taste flavorless bland pizza. I also think that they’re serving frozen reheated pizza because of the dough the dough doesn’t look completely cooked but is thin and the bottom of it was cooked. Cheese was extremely low quality had no flavor no regular bubbles Almost no color. I really think the owners found a very cheap distributor and is marketing New York pizza but selling cheap frozen reheated pizza.
