San Vicente Restaurant — Restaurant in San Leandro

Today it was my first time and I wanted to try their Pupusas and I didn’t like them at all. I got the pupusas combo. Two of them were cheese and beans and the third was pumpkin and cheese. just as I open them , the rice was cold, for the pumpkin pupusas, it was disappointing, it had more cheese than pumpkin, it only had bits of pumpkin. For the cheese and beans pupusas , same thing they had more cheese than beans. So I went to go return them to either get a new order or get my refund. As I showed up and explained myself to the chuddy lady on the front, she automatically became rude and said to leave and only gave me half my refund. Keep in mind I wasn’t being rude at all, the owner was quick to pick up a attitude towards me. The fact that she didn’t give me a chance to either get a new order was pathetic. At the end I waited until she gave me the full refund , she kept talking back to me but I kept myself from being rude. She even told me call whoever you want for they can help. I was confused with that like why would I call anyone ? She ended up giving me the full refund and I was walked away from that and I don’t think I’ll ever come back to this place. She can’t handle criticism and doesn’t know to take it and move on. I don’t recommend this...

I don't even know where to begin with this place! Walked in, the TV was very loud. I asked to see a Menu, the lady mute the TV. She cursed in Spanish at me, then said English or Spainish Menu.

When my order was being taken, the Owner/ Waitress had turn around & left to sip on her coffee. She, then said, "That all you want is that?!" With a rude attitude!

Then she ranged me up without double checking my order. She said, "Come back in 10 minutes, it be ready."

Came back and it took 30 minutes! She then handed my bag to me. Everything is in their! She said with more attitude!

I returned home, was missing my Plate of Rice & Beans that she had charged me.

If it wasn't for the Puppsa's being very good, I wouldn't go back. This was my 1st time being their. Food great, Service was very Awful!!! 1st...

Came here to order some food but nephew and I had to use the bathroom except for the old lady there and the old man were extremely rude about us not using the bathroom until we ordered first which is unfair as I couldn’t concentrate on what I wanted to order since i had to badly use the restroom once I was greeted with that type of behavior from a restaurant that I am about to give my hard earned money to we need to stop letting these restaurants treat us as if we’re not the reason for the establishment staying open in the first place then the rude old lady wants to humiliate us some more by yelling for us to leave and get out if I could give this place zero stars I would.
