Slikker's Donut — Restaurant in San Leandro

I bought a dozen donuts and the male cashier still charged me a credit card fee and tipped themselves without notifying me. I realized in my car when I was already driving away. I wonder how many times this has happened? As I recall, there was no sign regarding additional fees. Please check your receipts. Some donuts were not that fresh as they were dry and could have been from the night before. I went at around 10am btw. The customer service was sub par. Not as friendly as you would expect for a small business in town. When I entered, the audible notification triggered but they continued to chat as they just glanced over at me. I then had to flag them down. They definitely lacked in customer service as I was not greeted nor did I feel welcomed when acknowledged. Caution, Beware and Be Advised....Do not shop here. The male worker in this place is extremely lacking in customer services skills. What is the purpose of having a bell on the counter to announce waiting customers. A gentle tap of the bell sent this person into an unwarranted rage of being disrespectful, condescending, shouting and just totally nasty. I kindly let him know I'll never shop here again. His behavior would have him fired on the spot if he worked pretty much anywhere else. So, please spend your hard earned money at another store that is welcoming...

I told the cashier I wanted a lightly cooked original doughnut I said the one she grabbed was super dark she told me “but you are super dark” Lol I told her just cause I’m dark doesn’t mean my every preference is dark; I added that I like vanilla ice cream and chocolate I don’t only like chocolate, I don’t know if she cared to understand because she had a lot more rude to add before giving me my preference of doughnut then went to prepare my breakfast sandwich that I tossed in the garbage because she put her energy into it when she made it smh my lost but...
