6/19/2025 I am a regularly costumer , i came in on my lunch break was waiting there for about 7 mins just hearing the workers talk about the owner and their schedule on how they didn’t like working there or how their experience has been since working there one of the girls noticed me and took my order, didn’t ask for it to go or anything just what do you want and there. after she took my order she went right back to her conversation while making my bowl, i was waiting there my entire 30mins of lunch and was wondering what’s taking so long, i turn back and my poor bowl is just sitting there with no lid and it half way melted, it was to go btw. but again the workers were just in the back talking and i couldn’t even complain , i called to speak to the manger megan and her response was simply we don’t do refunds. i told her it’s upsetting when a Customer on that is on their lunch had to hear and...
Read moreNot the best experience. You have 3 teenagers hanging out in the back not taking orders. Other customers and I waited around when we know they didn’t have orders to make, because they haven’t taken ours yet and the place is empty. Finally got someone to take the first woman in line’s order then your worker disappeared again and we were left waiting. All this waiting and spending $11 on a small cheesy Walmart cup of juice that was clearly not fresh, hoping it was at least shaken before poured in my tiny expensive cup that I received in 10 seconds. I guess as a customer when you spend more time waiting around when all of us in line got our pre-made juices in 10 seconds, we don’t understand the bad customer service. Read moreOh man, this place is very cool and has so much potential! Unfortunately the young man with the braids needs a quick example of what good service looks like. He is listening to music in his earbuds, not looking at people as they order, not knowledgeable about the ingredients on the menu, not aware of what’s in or out of stock, and even after you order and pay, he’s too focused text messaging on his phone to even look up and acknowledge that you’re order is complete and that the next guest can step up to order. I know he’s young and we all have learning to do, so looking forward to coming back and giving this place (and maybe him if he’s still here)...
