Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in San Marcos

I would give this location no stars if I could! Rude employee and unproffessional location, left with no pizza after waiting half and hour.

Granted not many people get a pizza at 9:30 in the morning, but its still a business and if they say they offer pizza then, they should provide said pizza! Story time: I got there at 9:35 to grab a pizza for work. Sign said openig at 9:30, they didnt unlock the door til 9:45, then they made me wait inside for 10minutes ignoring me while making pizzas (the girl clearly looked at me waiting multiple times) then I asked the guy who had just answered the phone if I could just have one of the hot and readys the female employee had put in the warmer ready to go because I was going to be late for work. She jumps in and says they arent open yet cause the sign isnt on. He walks over and turns on the sign and says "wait, she didnt take your order yet?" She reluctantly walks over to the register and takes my order for a classic cheese, she says "it's going to be another 10 minutes" I was like "cant I just have one of those?" She says "theres a wait cause we arent open yet" I said "well, what time are you open!? cause the sign says 9:30 and now it's 10" She just mumbled something incoherent and repeated "it's going to be another 10 minutes". So I just cut my losses there, said I'd be too late for work and left. Yes, i know they dont guarantee hot and readys in the am and yes i expected a wait for any pizza, but if she'd taken my order when I came in or even if they opened on time I'd have had the time to wait for it. Also yes, I realize its little ceasars and maybe I should lower my standards, but when you crave pizza at 10am its hard to be gracious and give a business excuses for not doing their job. They lost one customer before me when they hadnt unlocked the door at 9:45 he was pissed too. But a guy ordered after me who seemed content to wait there all day so who knows. I know little ceasars could care less, but just had to get this out since now I'm at work hungry. Moral of the story don't go to this location til after 10/11 and even then good luck not getting that terrible...

They never pick up their calls I have had this happened evertime i call and i been calling them for 20mins and they pick up just to hang up went in person and call to see what their doing when I call and their just talking or doing something else while the phone is ringing their was no costumers at the time I was calling and I saw them pick up the phone and hang up I walk up to the person and started ordering when I ask for a pizza fill with cheese crust they told me we are out try another item and they said the same thing told them what they have and they said all we have is hot and ready peperoni I was like no thanks and left I ordered everything online and guess what they had everything I asked when I was in perso. We hadn't been to Little Caesars since I was a teenager. I really appreciate that the pizza sauce tastes exactly as I remember it. We got the new puffs, and they are delicious! We got crazy bread to my surprise, not at all how I remembered. These were dry - I remember them being buttery, having garlic and dusted with parmasean. Pretty dissapointed. The wings were also a disappointment - we ordered the garlic butter, and it tasted like thick salad dressing that was already separating. Pizza was just OK. Pretty cardboard tasting crust, but it did have an excellent amount of toppings. Overall, I would order again. Really enjoyed ordering online and the pick-up process.
