I got a spicy bbq chicken sandwich last week, and it wasn't cooked all the way. I didn't have the time to really think about it or go back so I threw it away. Moving forward to today I ordered 2 (10) piece chicken nugget orders and they were both undercooked, cold in the middle and some were stuck together and mushy in between. This is the second time in a week I've gotten undercooked chicken products and when I asked the manager "Gladis" today if the chicken is already cooked and then heated up or if it is being cooked at the location, she couldn't give me a straight answer and just said they always check their food temperatures, which is apparently false information or else they would have caught that my nuggets were cold in the middle. She treated me rudely and unapologetically about the chicken incident and said I should have called them a week ago when I got the other chicken sandwich if I wanted to do something about it, mind you all I wanted to "do about it" was bring it to their attention that there is something wrong with their system if I have personally gotten two cases of cold and undercooked chicken in the last week alone. Read moreI came in as an Uber eats Driver on 7/11 at about 12:40pm to pick an order and was completely blindsided by the employee Jacky(she’s claims that is her name) who clearly thinks she the pick-up order police. I understand that there as drivers that will take orders but I clearly show that I am a driver and confirmed the order on my end. I proceed to take the order and Jacky decided to snatch it because she didn’t feel like I properly confirmed the order. I initially left the restaurant so I would maintain my composure, but walked back in to let Jackie know that I will be filing a complaint on her. This situation was absolutely ridiculous. You should never have an employee committing this sort of act because they assume that you must be trying to steal food. Someone could easily take that as some sort of discrimination. I will be filing a complaint with headquarters as well. I will simply choose not to do any more orders from that specific location. However, management needs to let Jackie know that she is not of authority to be snatching orders from people and she is putting herself in harms way by doing things like that. Read moreAs a McDonald's lover, I'm disappointed to have to post a somewhat bad review, but this needs to be brought to the publics attention. Due to the location of this McDonald's, there are a LOT of homeless and mentally ill people, plus there is a network of drug addicts and drug sellers in El Cajon. This is not the place to bring your children unless you have to. But that's not the McDonald's fault, however, the staff is the responsibility of the McDonald's. They couldn't get their orders straight, it took them 10 minutes when it should've been 5, and frankly, they were extremely rude. At one point, I had gone up to the front to ask for a small bag, but waited a grand total of 10 minutes, having asked 5 different employees a total of 8 times, and I was given a large bag without a response to my "thank you" or any sort of acknowledgement whatsoever.
