QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in San Marcos

This is my first ever time leaving a review because of how dissatisfied I am. First off, they were supposed to open at 10, but my boyfriend and I had to wait an extra 15-20 minutes because they weren’t prepared. I ordered as the 2nd customer of the day when they finally opened. When I asked for steak and guacamole, Loraine very rudely told me they didn’t have either steak or guac. They put the cilantro on the rice after they prepared my food, so the customer behind me had the fully prepared rice, but I did not. Not to mention, the bowls were not even filled up halfway. My boyfriend and I had to get sushi rolls afterward to be fulfilled. I paid nearly $29 for two underprepared and extremely small bowls that didn’t have the protein or toppings I wanted.
