I have never had an issue with Rosie’s pizza in all my years of ordering just 1 large pizza and breadsticks. I called in my order as usual. Furthermore, I arrive to get my order, and I’m greeted by a young man. He checks all orders on the ready counter. While he goes to the back of the counter to check the order receipts on the other side, I notice a breadstick on the far left side by itself. He then retrieved my pizza and came around to the register and grabbed the breadsticks and proceeded to ring me up. I did touch the breadsticks, and they felt warm but not hot. I arrived home to find the pizza still hot, but the breadsticks were hard and not their usual appearance when fresh. I then called and an unprofessionalā€œ managerā€, who when asked what her name was, told me why did I need her name. This is when I got upset. I said as a business professional, when a customer asks your name, you then give the customer your name. She then put me back on hold with no warning. She came back on the phone to tell me her name was Brooke, and sorry for the hold. Rosie’s, please do better as a business and make sure the customer is treated with more respect than that.

Been coming here since we moved here are couple years ago and the pizza itself used to be really good. Like.. easy to eat too many pieces and make yourself sick good. Used to be $7 for a large which I thought was pretty fair considering the building itself looks like it couldn't pass a health code inspection. Easy to ignore with great food at a low price. It's a little over $9 for a large now which still didn't bother me until today. The guy who checked me out was just making pizza in the back and sneezed right into his hand. Kinda turned me off for a minute to wanting to eat there but then... the crust is weird now. It has a strange texture it didn't have before. Not bad but just... kinda threw me off from their crust from before. Pizza is still good but for $9 I think I'd prefer a frozen digiorno pizza. Update 3/10/2025. Gave them another try. Disappointed. Tried the cheese sticks for the first time. Most of them were very burnt. 3 of them were alright. Pizza wasn't too bad but definitely not what it was a year ago.

I think it is time for the city to check this place out. First... understaffed. The one worker look stressed. Seems like this is a "Used to be" restaurant. Surviving on broke college kids and people who have grown up with good memories with this place. The establishment was not really clean. We have found a hair baked into the cheese. Very rubbery cheese kinda like bubblegum. Frozen pizza is better. Biggest disappointment IMO are the "Hoagies" (subs). 2 yes 2 pieces of super low quality ham, pizza sized pepperoni and 2 slices of cheese. They bake their sandwiches. Smelt burnt. Kinda a cigarette smell mixed with burnt bread and "cooked" mayonnaise. Quantity over quality with this place. I feel with the location it has a lot of potential.

Went to pick up and order today and noticed that both associates did not have their mask properly on. The young man making the pizza had his nose uncovered wearing his mask. Upon entering the building the young man who takes the money covered his nose upon me walking in. I requested a refund since I didn’t feel comfortable with Covid getting worse. The young man proceeded to tell me he couldn’t refund, then he could only refund a portion. I asked why and he didn’t give me an answer. He then said that the guy making the pizza has asthma and can’t cover his face. (Then in my opinion shouldn’t be working with food) I told the young man I have asthma as well and wearing two mask and still able to breathe perfectly. All I wanted was my refund and and was challenged each time by the young man.

What’s worse I have discussed this with the owner several times and he himself said he would watch the cameras and speak to his employees about the safety of his customers. Obviously isn’t working. Im sorry but will not support this...
