El Taco Feliz 2 — Restaurant in San Marcos

The service was very very poor. Their was only one waiter, the place was packed and it wasn’t even the weekends. The waiter was also working the checkout the drive through and ordering everybody’s meals. She did not once wash her hands after touching the money or her nose. Also the waiter was using her hands as a tissue for her nose and she did this many times and then touching the food. Also because there is only one door and there is no exit door in case of emergency. We had made a comment about the service and the waiter did not care all she did was roll her eyes and walked away. She was very disrespectful towards my dad and he had meant no harm in giving a very helpful comment. They were also very closed about getting new ideas on how to make their service better. This is also not to be taken wrongly but the food does not come free we paid for it but it seemed as if they thought it was free. The food was very watery and just plain gross. It just seemed that they are not equipped to be in service. We as the clients have a right to complain if our food is not good or if it is raw. We are paying for it and want what we have paid for. It is plain to see that they lack many things in the business world. This will definitely be the first and last time that me and family go to...

I apologize dor not having photos. My grandson and I went in this morning October 6th 2020 and I ordered a simple breakfast for my grandson in scrambled eggs and, some bacon for myself I ordered chicharone con huervos plate. After it arriving to the table I kind did a double take to the plate, and paused I thought maybe the lady at the counter misunderstood what my order I had ordered, and asked me asked me if everything was okay I paused for a quick second and said we're fine. After digging into my plate. (because I was so starving this morning , and it wasn't what I what I anticipated. My grandson said to me "grandpa is bacon still needs to be cooked." (I for one like my baco a little crispy) My grandson did not eat more than three bites from his plate. I ate maybe one tortilla along with picking at what was on my plate. Long story short we did not have a good experience at this restaurant. One of the guys working there seems like it was a bother when the counter person explained to him how I wanted my plate. It would be a long time before I go to that restaurant again my rating is "1 STAR". If I could personally I would give him a ".25 STAR" because that's how I felt my service on a scale of 1 to 10.

This was my favorite place but I somehow angered the cook even though I had my food delivered and never met the man/lady. The dasher took the food and didn't deliver it. So I reordered the same thing 5 minutes later to show that I didn't blame them and in my mind to show I never got it because why would I reorder otherwise? (keep in mind GPS showed the food never left so it wasn't a botched delivery) That is when they started messing with my food by taking away ingredients to the point where my loaded nachos turned into bean and cheese nachos and my breakfast taco turned into a bean taco. At first it was just one or two things so I figured it wasn't on purpose but they did this four times! Every time taking one thing away. It's really sad, this was the best place. However if they are willing to mess with peoples food because they are upset, then what else...
