Today's visit was very disappointing. It appears that management has decided they want to make lots more money by short-changinng their customers. I may not come back to this store again.
I ordered a grande cappuccino. And when I picked up the order at the counter, I noticed it was unusually light. I opened the lid and saw that it looked full, because all I saw was froth to the rim. I closed the lid and started to drink, but I had to tilt the cup more than 45 degrees to get the first sip!
What does this mean? It means the liquid was only about 1/3 full, and the rest was froth (air bubbles). I went back to talk to the barista, but was met with a "who cares" attitude.
Will I pay over $5 again for this Starbucks' drinks? Definitely NO with this current practice. I rather go to another Starbucks, or go to Klatch coffee down the street, who has great coffee AND I know I won't get short-cganged.
Management - let me know by responding here, what you plan to do about this practice (and not just the standard "we'll do better" speech). What will you do exactly and how can customers like me tell that you've made a noticeable change.

I repeated my order many times and still got it wrong when it come out, she didn’t even repeat it to me before making. She has an attitude and didn’t know what she was doing.
