JEFFREY, the store manager was in the store when his employee, JOSHUA told me I could switch over from Iphone to Samsung and try it out for 14 days with no cost. ANGEL sold me the phone, told me all the accessories were "included" in my upgrade. I left the store super happy. I got home and all of a sudden couldn't use my phone. I called ANGEL and he told me he'd call me back. Never did. Called him back and he said it was a "third party app" that was blocking access to my phone. LIE. Then he told me he submitted a ticket to Verizon since it was a problem on their side. LIE. He told me to call him the next day to follow up. I did and guess what - he was off that day (I guess he didn't know that the day before). Went to a REAL VERIZON store and they told me ANGEL put in a BAD USED SIM card and that it wasn't even registering as a Samsung on the network, which he should have known when he looked at the account. Ultimately, I returned the phone w/i 7 days. I walk into the store and DESTINY tells me she doesn't have the credentials to do a return and that I would have to come back when a manager comes into the office. LIE. I told her, I wasn't leaving until the phone was returned. So they called JEFFREY who previously bent over backwards to get my sale was the rudest person I could have spoken to. He then gave permission to DESTINY (who didn't have the credentials 5 minutes before to do the return) to do the return. They charged me a $35 restocking fee a $20 setup and go fee plus all the accessories. JOSHUA admitted he told me that I wouldn't have to pay a dime and DESTINY said he couldn't be held responsible for what he said because he was a new employee. Obviously, that really made normal things like communicating with friends or coworkers impossible. I had gone to another Verizon store first but I was essentially ignored and so I gave up and thought "why not give the other location a chance" Well let's just say that after my experience at the store, ESPECIALLY while working with Kendall, this has now become my default stop for all things phone. Kendall not only expertly handled my issue, but also did so while being the sole employee in the store and juggling other customers. Kendall's bright attitude and cheery demeanor made the whole process of diagnosing my problems so much easier. At no time did I ever feel pressured to buy anything. So many times, I feel like places want to take your issue, tell you your phone is broke, and then sell you a new phone. Not here. Read moreI came to the store because I needed help updating and setting up my new iPhone. And Chris was wonderful and helped me out with everything! I was locked out of my social media accounts because it was stuck on my Old phone. And he was able to transfer all of my info to my new Device so I was able to use all of my social media accounts. He also made sure all of my info was saved to my iCloud and double checked that everything was transferred properly. I use my phone for work so it was very important for me that it was done correctly. I was at another store yesterday for 3 hours and they couldn’t figure out what to do to complete the transfer. Chris figured it out in about 10mins. He listened to my issues and solved the problems. I recommend coming here for all of your phone needs especially when it comes to purchasing and setting up a new phone.
