Everytime I go here they get my order wrong and it's not just me other people I've talked to have had the same experience. Someone even had to pay twice cuz the workers didnt believe her that she paid for the tacos cuz it didnt appear in their machine even tho the math added up right. Went back weeks later at 10pm. Ordered my food and when I went to the drive thru window the guy had asked me to double check my order and all seemed good. Went up to the window and the next guy had said a completely different order and it seemed like they had lost my order. So they told me to park in front while they get my things in order. When I got my order they still got somethings wrong and the guy came back and said sorry one of the workers messed up ur order. In the end they still messed up my burger order. So there hasn't been any improvements from last time I was here. I'm dropping my rating to 1 stars it seems. May 13,dropped by and once again got my order Wrong :(. UPDATE MARCH 23,2025 This time my sister ordered from this place, against my warnings about the terrible service at this establishment. She got a chicken teriyaki bowl and received a chicken bowl, no teriyaki sauce, and the rice was so dry and bland. She told me she won't order again. Read moreI placed on order through Doordash for pick up around 8:20pm, I headed out for my pick up. As I arrived the cashier greeted me and told me to wait as my order wasn’t ready. 15 minutes passed and nothing. I was told my order was being prepared. After 30 more minutes I walked over to the counter to ask if it was ready. He looks at me and tells me someone already picked it up. Imagen my surprise, to know I’d been waiting for nothing. I asked if he would remake it as I had already payed. He said he would ask… Manager finally came over and argued with him in front of me, about him handing off the order (my order) to someone else, and left me waiting there for another 10 minutes. Today i was trying to explained the staff about people that is cutting the line on the drive thru, and is not the first time that i report this type of issues, the Asian guy was telling me that is one by one but is not make sense when is three cars waiting and then one car come from the other driveway and cut the line. Then the lady that supposedly is a supervisor started saying arrogantly that we were just buying 2 tacos and one cheesecake, she gave it to us a really bad service, she is a short White lady and the day and time that this happened was 6/26/2023 around 9:50pm.
