Burger King — Restaurant in San Rafael

What a joke!!! To be fair most of the people who work there work really hard...get paid horrible wages n are exploited by their bosses...it's not well maintained.....they don't use gloves to handle food either.....BUT THE WORST, THE ABSOLUTE WORST IS THESE TWO FAT RUDE N ARROGANT HISPANICS...ONE IS A RED HEAD W A DEEP VOICE,NO MAMNERS N AN ABSOLUT BRUTE...LIES ALL THE TIME N THE GIRLS THERE HATE THEM...THE OTHER ONE IS NAMED LOUIS.....THEY ARE THE WORST N ANYBODY WHO HAVE DEALT W THEM...KNOW THIS....ONE NIGHT WENT THERE N ORDERED CHICKEN NUGGETS N GOT THE PLAsure of getting the fat redhead...shake? Nope.....chicken nuggets was all I could get...asked him...are they freash??? Yeah...yeah he said w that horrible deep voice.....guess what??? They were awful n old n dry....next day went there n told the day manager. ..he agreed people complain n he himself wants both out there but hasn't succeeded.....n all the girls a hen they heard my story suddenly all erupted w horrible stories of these two...more...

I ordered a chocolate milkshake and was given a vanilla shake with a "swirl" of chocolate. I asked the gentleman in the window for a chocolate shake and he said, "I gave it to you, its chocolate." No sir you did not, you gave me the LAZEST version of a chocolate shake. I went around to the front of the store and asked for a refund which was denied bc they can't give me exact change my only option was to have another shake made for me. The man from earlier watched her make it for me and spoke poorly about me in Spanish (guess white girls can't possibly understand a different language). She ignored him and even told him he needed to be quiet (in Spanish). The entire time, right above his head is a photo of a chocolate shake, a glorious dark chocolate shake. I hate being that person who shows up right at closing but I’ve been driving all night and was so hungry. It was 5 till close, and I pulled up through the drive though that was still open, and they shut the lights off! Like just so they didn’t have to take my order. And so I pulled up at the window to see if they even had some old fries I could buy, I was that hungry, and the employee wouldn’t even look at me. If you’re open till 1, then stay open till 1, if you’re open till 1, don’t close @ 12:54. Weak. Won’t bother with BK and try and give them my money again. Employees, be better.
