If I could give them zero stars I would.

I eat out breakfast 6 days a week, we opened a new cabinet company right down the street from this place. I have gone in 3 times in recent months and today was literally threatened by the staff becouse I wanted to make a complaint. I was lied to about who the maniger was, I was refused infirmation so I could fine a complaint I was told I was a homeless scum bag and they didn’t want my business anyways. When I told them I was going to contact the better business burrow I was told that it was their word against mine and I’m oviously a scum bag and they didn’t want my business anyways.

This is literally the worst breakfast place in marin. The food is Mediocre, at best, the service is lacking and no one is warring gloves or hair nets while preparing food. For Christ sakes there’s two pictures of the staff not eating any of this stuff behind the counter in their web site. when did it become a privilege to spend my money, what happened to people being happy to have my money and have me return to their business. Literally Theresa and Johnny’s in San Rafael And the hummingbird in fairfax are way better and way better prices. Hell Ihop is better food with better prices and that old school mentality where they are happy to see you even if you are a return costumer.

My co worker went in this morning and got 2 breakfast Barrettos and he got sick from his.

This expierence has made me Lugubrious and I will tell everyone not To go here and I will be calling the better business burrow and the health department.

I have been receiving prank called ever time I edit this review. Infact I just received a call from someone named James snider and someone else and in the words spoken to me by the staff at his restraunt I am going to make a report to the police for harassing me!

Those who know me know that I typically only write restaurant reviews when the experience was either horrible, or outstanding. I will make a slight exception in writing this review. While the experience wasn't horrible, it did leave MUCH to be desired...enough that I will NOT be returning.

Starting with the service, it was 'good', but not 'great'. One thing that left me wondering was why the server who started serving me "handed me off" to the other server. It's not as of the first went on break...it was more like (based on further observation) she only wanted to wait on her "regulars" (which, by the way, she spent a LOT of time talking with).

As for the food, it was 'good', but (like the service) not 'great'. I ordered the California omelette. While the potatoes were mostly hot, the omelette was barely warm. Even the cheese indicated that it must have been sitting there for a few minutes, waiting for the potatoes and/or English muffin. Speaking of the English muffin, the edges were burnt...I'm not talking dark brown...I'm talking black, crispy, crunchy.

Before my food arrived, I was looking over the rear of the menu, deciding on lunch possibilities (should I return). I had also initially planned on ordering a chocolate croissant to go. However, due to the service 'problem', as well as the problem in food temperature, I decided to not bother with the chocolate croissant, and (as mentioned earlier) that I wouldn't...

The 1 star review is fake and the grammar is bad, Le croissant is my all time favorite restaurant and it might be small but its nice, and the hot chocolate and fresh squeezed orange juice is GODLY!

food and drink suggestions: Creole Potatoes (Chilula hot sauce spread on top) no eggs, whole wheat toast. Side of extra-crispy bacon 4 strips. Drinks to go with: Arnold palmer , hot chocolate, iced tea, fresh squeezed orange juice.

2nd option: Breakfast burrito (its big so i recommend sharing amongst 2 people.) and any drink can go well with this.
