Lo Coco's Authentic Italian Pizzeria — Restaurant in San Rafael

I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. I have never felt more disrespected, humiliated, and discriminated against. I went in on Sep 22 at approx 6:00pm. It was myself and my kids

When I first walked in I was never acknowledged or greeted while others that continued to come in were greeted and seated. I had to approached a member of the staff and was told I can sit wherever, again while others were being assisted

The horrible service continued while I was at my seat. I never once was told be right with you or ask what we wanted to drink. I said excuse me to two separate staff members and was completely ignored well I know for a fact they heard me.

I waited for over 40 min with no acknowledgment. After getting completely brushed off by the second staff member I finally had enough and walked out.

This type of customer service is unacceptable. It was like they didn’t want me there and there was complete favoritism for the “regulars”.

Super family friendly, easy to meet up with friends kind of place. And they also have carry-out! The dough is the star here, with flavorful goodness, crispy and chewy and just right. The only thing I would change is how they do the toppings, I guess. The toppings are fine. No, literally fine, as in finely chopped. This makes it great for toddlers but not so much for the adults in our group, who wanted to have a little more visual cues toward what pizza they were choosing when our table ordered multiple types. We happily drive from Sonoma, to enjoy a pie at Lo Coco's! Their marinara is heaven sent. It's sweet, it's rich and it is NOT filled with spices. Their cheese pie 🍕🍕(MY OH MY) my son can hardly eat a full meal & he happily eats a whole entire piece in one sitting (entire piece)!!
