Mazzio’s Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Sand Springs

I ordered a sandwich, drinks, and a personal pan pizza with extra cheese and extra pepperoni. What I got was a thin crust half done tiny pizza that has 1 pepperoni per slice. I wish I could post pictures. I took one bite and I can’t eat it. It’s like white semi doughy crust with half melted cheese. I called and was more then happy for them to come and and pick it back up and get my money refunded. She said, I’m sorry I’ll credit you 7.00, and you have to use it within 30 days or you lose your credit. It didn’t cost me 7.00 to buy it and get it here. It was far more then 7.00. I will go to Little Ceasers for 5 dollar pizza. They’re consistent and cheap. The other day I went in to Mazzio’s at lunch for the salad bar, and a patron was licking her fingers while walking to the salad bar, and then using the ladles. I was mortified but also am aware that- that is not Mazzio’s fault. However, ordering a pizza and not being edible is their fault. I should have been fully compensated for the fact I ordered food and didn’t get what I purchased. I’ve been told it’s a bunch of kids at night. That’s the last dollar Mazzio’s will see from us. Tonight makes three times in a row that we received undercooked pizza! This time we literally only ordered one pizza! We ordered a Ken's pizza, that is a thin crust pizza, and it's supposed to be crisp! This pizza came barely cooked, to the point that when you are trying to pull a piece of pizza off, the crust is breaking and it is obviously completely undercooked! I made the call to give them another shot, I figured how could they possibly screw up one pizza that is supposed to be crispy. Tonight was enough for me. Not only will we not be buying from mazzio's anymore, my company that caterers mazzio's in twice a month will definitely no longer be using mazzio's! They should treat all customers the same, and make sure all orders are correct, I figure three times is enough for me, to prove that they obviously don't have any quality control in their business. I advise everyone, please use other companies, do not use mazzio's anymore, let them feel the pain of their lack of customer care, and quality control! They are not the cheapest, and they are very very far from the best!!! They will never get my business, nor my company's business,...

Quick follow-up. Mazzio's was quick to reach out, and we appreciate that very much. We also hope the delivery guy was just having an off day and wish him well in all things.

We enjoyed the pizza but the delivery experience was really weird. The driver called from the curb, griped at us for not having a table set up for him to set the pizza on. (Normally, drivers leave orders on our landing with no problem). Claimed health department would shut him down if he did the same. I volunteered to walk down his to his car where he let me know that customers were crazy for being scared of germs but willing to have food left on the porch. He ranted for quite a bit, leaving the pizza in his car so I couldn't just grab and go. When he was finally done, he got the pizza and said, "Can't please everyone!"

Needless to say, I hope he felt better after getting his opinions and frustrations off his chest. We won't be ordering delivery again from this establishment, but no qualms with the food or...
