Southside Coneys — Restaurant in Sand Springs

It has been three years since I left the 3 star review below about it being hit or miss, and I would like to say that they have turned it around. My last 5-10 times stopping here has been very consistent tasting food, great service and fairly quick.

Old review below. It is really hit or miss here. I've had great food in just a couple minutes and I've had okay food that took 25 minutes to make . Friendliness is about the same, sometimes it's great and sometimes the employees look like they are in pain by being there.

Good food, but customer service is horrible- this place is more concerned about making a dollar than taking care of their customers. Won’t go into every little detail of each bad experience but latest was when they got my order wrong and I had to drive 30 minutes back to get it replaced. I eat at Southside Coneys on a regular basis and always experience great customer service. They have the new Frito Chilito on the menu and its by far my favorite item to eat there . if you haven't tried it you need to on your next visit.
