I'm gravely disappointed in the service of Jitterz today.. And I normally don't care for Jitterz as to the service in general. I think their drinks and food are quite good and I enjoy it when I feel like I can put up with the service. Normally the only time I ever go to Jitterz is when I need a quick caffeine boost and it's closer than any other coffee stands. And don't get me wrong the Sagle Jitterz service is actually delightful! Wonderful ladies when I go there. BUT sandpoint Jitterz is tough for me to go to when the girls there are very snappy and try to push you out of their window as soon as possible. But I'm gonna get straight to my point. Today ther service was just absolutely terrible. My little sister earned some money today from me for helping me with a lot. I gave her $20 for after school to get coffee with her friends. Her and her friends went to Jitterz. When they went there my sister ordered a "fall special 20oz along with an everything bagel with cream cheese" which came to about a total of "$9.50" and along the totaling price she game them a "$3" tip. And to mention before this all continues my sister is a middle school, and 12 years old while the girls who work there normally are 15-18 years old. But continuing -after she ordered she waited and when her stuff was ready all she was handed was a drink before they tried to rush her away. My sister being brave spoke up and said, "excuse me I think you forgot my bagel" and the girl still trying to rush her away argued with her and said, "no you did not." but my sister tried to insist politely that she did. But the lady still argued no. So then the lady continues to ask, "well what bagel did you order?" and my sister told her an everything bagel with cream cheese. So the lady said "alright that will be $4". I'm sorry but excuse me? She said she already bought one. And even if you don't believe her, you can still check the tablet where the transaction happened. And while she did pay cash every coffee stand still has to process the transaction through the tablet showing someone bought those items. And since the lady said it was $4 my sister was now scared to continue her insistence on her transaction as the lady kept refusing she was right. So she then paid the $4 for the bagel A SECOND TIME. Keep in mind she lost HARD EARNED MONEY. I'm very upset with this service and knowing my little sister got put down for trying not to have to pay TWICE for one thing is very upsetting and frustrating. I may know those girls try to rush anyone out but knowing they didn't even bother to check any form of transaction for proof or even trying to believe her makes me extremely sad for my sister and upset that those ladies refused to believe her most likely because she is a "kid". So I hope that if there is a next time they will CHECK and TRY to believe ANYONE who says something like that, no matter if they are a kid, because I know my little sister is a hard working kid with great manners and a bright future. So thank you for your time on reading this big paragraph of a review but I am truly upset and hope this will be solved or seen by the people of Jitterz to fix any future problems...
Read moreThis is the first review I’ve ever made but I’m genuinely confused by how I was treated. I also work in the food service industry so I know exactly how it goes. I’ve been here a couple times and never had a problem until this morning. I went in and there was a line so I couldn’t see the menu from where I was. One of the baristas came out and asked me if I knew what I wanted and she already looked annoyed. I told her that I didn’t know yet and she gave me a dirty look and went back into the stand. Once I got up to the menu I took a second to look and the same girl came over to take my order and as she was she was talking to me like she was angry or didn’t like me or even annoyed (and this is someone I’ve never seen in my life). I was being polite and as she went to make the order I told my friend I really don’t like how she’s talking to me. A few moments go by and then another lady comes out to tell me they are missing ingredients so we have to change our entire order almost. So we have to figure out something else we tell her a bagel plain with some other topping she asked if we wanted them the same and we said yes . Once the food comes out we notice it has cream cheese on it which both of us are allergic too so I try to say something about it since I work in the food service industry and I was always taught to remake it especially since they made it wrong in the first place. But Instead she said “you guys both said you wanted it the same” when the words cream cheese never came out of my mouth in the first place. Like I didn’t even say I wanted cream cheese at all. It’s such a childish thing. So they basically refused to remake it when I wasn’t even at fault and I would have given them the original one back in the first place because I can’t even eat it. It wasn’t like I was trying to get a free one. I will definitely never be returning. Maybe the stand in...
Read moreThe Lotus of the Day is always a fun treat to get. The staff is super friendly, and ready to help you. There have been a couple of times that I've gotten a size larger than I asked for, so I had to pay more, but it wasn't a huge deal. It does get crowded around 2-4 in the afternoons, and around 6-9 in the mornings, just because so many high school students and adults are there. I wish there was more space in the area that they are in, because there has been once or twice that they have the highway starting to get backed up. Service is as fast as 2-3 people can go, so if it's packed then you'll wind up parking your car in line, but if there's not many people,...
