I went to Rejavanate and ordered a 24 oz Frappuccino, with 4 expresso shots, for $5.25... I decided to share it with a friend, and asked the lady to split my 24 oz drink into two 12 oz cups. I told the lady I'd be willing to pay for the cost of the second plastic cup. She initially agreed, but after preparing the drinks, she informed me that the price was $8.75 I informed her that I only ordered (one) drink not (2) she said her manager told her to charge me for two drinks. Unfortunately, I only had enough cash to cover the cost of one drink. If I buy a quart of juice from the grocery store, and I share it equally with 3 of my friends, we each drink one cup of liquid, but that doesn't change the price. Unfortunately, rejavanate thinks people should pay $3.50 More for the privilege of sharing with their friends. Embarrassed, I said I hadn't brought extra cash with me, and was unable to complete the purchase. The drink was then tossed into the trash. I left there disappointed, and drove myself down to the other location. I then ordered the same thing "in one glass, instead of two" plus a glass of ice water. Soon, my drink was purchased, and I left. I parked Close by and dumped out the ice water, then poured in 1/2 of the drink to share with my friend. As we sat there enjoying our drinks, we were laughing and talking about stupid greedy businesses that lose customers because of dumb policies... we have found a way to get our goal accomplished by simply ordering a glass of water. There is really no way a coffee shop can stop their customers from sharing "one" drink with a friend, and thinking they can force another purchase out of them. Just bring an extra cup 🥤 and enjoy.
By the way, Rejavanate is Awesome, and their drinks are so good. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ except... They just have that one silly policy that...

I went there today and as soon as I pull up the man taking our order said “give me a few moments we are having technical difficulties” okay not a problem at all he’s on the phone for about 5 minutes before he takes our order. I tell him I would like one of their fall specials ( caramel apple glow redbull) I asked if he could blend it with frost powder. He said “what’s frost powder we don’t have that” they do, I have it I’ve gotten it several times. I give up and say “it’s fine you can just blend it without frost powder” we order my friends drink which had peach boba. Immediately he said without checking “we don’t have that” I said “do you mind checking? We get it all the time” he checks and he did have it after all. It takes about 10 minutes to make these 2 drinks. Both cars behind me left because of the wait. When he brings up our drinks I asked if he could give us a boba straw he said “what’s a boba straw” and so I explained and he was said “yeah I don’t think we have those” he eventually found one. My drink that I ordered (the redbull) was a brown color and I thought that he had just blended the caramel with it but as I drove off and took a drink it turned out to be a coffee drink. Just not what I ordered at all.
Maybe it was his first day but if that’s the case he should not be left alone or maybe he needs more training. I hope to have a better...

I politely waited a couple of months after mentioning it , being told they were waiting on bulbs being sent from Germany ! I resigned up for. Pkg and to my surprise when I went in the stand up tanning 14 bulbs were out !!! I asked why I wasn’t told when signing up ! If you are paying for a service and do not receive what’s promised , I would think you should be informed ! When I mentioned it , I was told they would tell the owner .. Basically blown off ! Is it wrong to expect to receive in full what you think you are paying for. ?!? They did not ask for my name or phone # or care to even address this or me as a long fime customer ! There are still places out there that value loyal customers… Time...
