Diamond Nail Salon — Local services in Perkins Township

The day before my wedding I went in to get a mani/pedi. I never get my nails done, and I booked an appointment online at this salon based solely on google reviews. I won’t go back. I ended up waiting 40 minutes after my appointment time- they misread my booking and thought I was only getting a pedi. My big toe was cut with the buff tool while they were removing gel polish and my toe is now infected. I ended up wearing close-toed heels for my ceremony. When it was time for my manicure I could tell they were getting ready to close. I wanted a full mani for a little bit of pampering before my big day, but they just complimented my natural nails and said I only needed paint… and my painted nails didn’t look professionally done. I liked the staff. They were nice women, all relatable- good convos! They took extra care in helping me find the right color polish, but the care stopped there. The massage chair was nice. I just didn’t like the quality of my nails and the feeling like I missed out on the full experience because they were running behind and rushed my service. My big toe is still really gross and messed up 9 days later :(

Update June 2024: My toe is finally healed (lol, 10 months later) The wound left a scar and my toenail is still very bumpy as it grows out. Unbelievable how long it takes for these types of injuries to work...

I took my mother to get a manicure and a pedicure. The thing that plays me the most was that they had wheelchair access. I love when a place caters to handicap people. I got assistance from one of the staff to help my mom in the chair so she can Get a pedicure. Kya went above and beyond with my mom’s pedicure and took her time very well. My mom is handicap, so it’s not easy to do her an most of the shops I take her to try to rush through. But Kya took her time. The shop owner Harmony is awesome and made us feel very welcomed to her shop. My mother loved her manicure and pedicure and I can’t wait to take her...

I made appointments for my best friends Bach party and they were super accommodating and friendly!! We all left there with one of the best pedicures we have ever had! Everyone that works there is so kind! We all joked that if we didn’t live 2+ hours away that Diamond Nail Salon would be our go to nail spot!
