Subs were fine although they didn’t include pickle on the side, not the first time so no surprise here. That was pick up order through Uber Eats and it was my first time coming to that location, usually I just order delivery. No one greeted me when I came in and when I asked for the online order for my name one of the employees just pointed to the shelf and said “there”. While I was checking the name on the receipt to make sure it’s mine he started asking what am I doing and what service I work for. Again I said that picking up order for myself and said my name. Unfortunately he couldn’t help me and was really rude. Other man handed me my order, which wasn’t on that first shelf. When I thought it’s over and was finally heading out that first employee decided to teach me saying that next time I should clearly say that I used Uber Eats for my order because they store them on different shelf. Like it wasn’t him who didn’t ask me in first place and pointed to different shelf with orders for pick up. I don’t believe that’s the way anyone should treat their customers, it was offensive! But I was staying there clearly like just looking at the venue in and looking at down them and look at them and look at down them I thought Bella to take my water but I have to say well I was kind of steering in between like pick up and but no one talk to me no one ask me any questions that's the issue! I'm not going to ramble anymore but they did have really good service they just were I guess busy as all get-out! Thanks for letting me share my experience I think they can do better than that! Your food I guess that's the feedback you really want it was okay it could have been better with I've been to a lot of locations the ones in Alpharetta and different places in I've had better or than I had today!    Read moreWorst service ever!!!!!!!! Ordered my lunch and requested it to be delivered via Firehouse App. For starters my food was never delivered. I called the store to figure out the issue. The lady quickly said “Call Uber” . I did not place my order with Uber. I used the Firehouse app. And if you all don’t take accountability then don’t use another company to deliver your food. The app reflected the driver arrived, meanwhile when I go through the chat it said the driver would arrive 1:22pm. However the store had told me the driver picked up my food 45 mins prior. So why would the driver be driving around town with my food. My job is exactly 8-10 mins from the location. I WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN. I am going to spread the word to all my coworkers.
