About a year ago I had a breast reduction and a tummy tuck at Dr. Lawrence’s office. The staff was knowledgeable, organized, and helped educate me on the process to prepare for surgery and recovery. Overall I am glad I decided to make a healthier life style with help from my insurance.

Dr. Lawrence was not very warm or welcoming to me during consultations or after the surgery. I felt like she was very cold and that I was just another body she was fixing. I had a few concerns about going into surgery that I felt like I didn’t understand and she seemed annoyed with me and didn’t explain when I kept asking questions because I clearly didn’t understand.

I had a benine lunp in one of my breasts that I also wanted removed while I was getting a reduction since I was told during byopsy results this was an option to get rid of. I didn’t receive an explaination as to why this couldn’t be done.

My nipples are not exactly even after my reduction which was a huge concern of mine. One of them is larger than the other instead of making them both somewhat even. I went from a J to a DD cup.

As a young woman of 25, I was very frustrated after a follow up visit when dr Lawrence made a comment about having to work really hard to get all that out of my tummy area and remembering me because of that.

After this visit I did not go back for my last visit for pictures because I was so mortified and hurt by that comment. This already was out of my comfort zone and I felt like this comment was inappropriate. Overall I am happy I did this surgery I just was expecting that I would feel more empowered by Dr. Lawrence. As a woman, I worried that to find a plastic surgeon for the natural-looking results I wanted was going to be challenging. It wasn’t at all. Thanks to expanding my search beyond my home state of Florida, and trusting many valued references and reviews, I most definitely found an exemplary surgeon, Dr. Marisa Lawrence. Dr. Lawrence is a true professional and gifted surgeon with the skilled hands I wanted to perform my surgery. The outcome of my procedures exceeded my expectations. Dr. Lawrence really took the time to listen and understand what I wanted to achieve and delivered exactly that. I am so grateful for her empathy and the incredible results and care I received.

From the first phone call with Shavonn at the front desk, the entire staff at Dr. Lawrence’s office was friendly, helpful, supportive and encouraging. Very personable and very professional. Courtney did an exceptional job administering my laser procedures and I love the results. Also, I can’t thank Maryann enough for her diligent and caring assistance throughout my procedure, and Ashley for helping me as well. Dr. Lawrence’s staff had a dedicated focus on making me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. In fact, the whole experience was seamless and I can't thank them enough for the special, excellent care they provided.

I had a bad experience with this office. Courtney was the person that did my RF Microneedling procedure for stretch marks on my stomach. She told me I would start to see a difference 3 months after my first procedure. So after my 4th procedure which was 4 months after my 1st procedure I spoke with the office coordinator Edward Matthews and I just let him no my concerns about my procedure so far that I didn’t see any difference and I only had 2 procedures left and what would they do if no changes in my stomach had occurred after that. He told me that according to my before and after pictures there is a change in my stomach. I didn’t agree with him and because of me not agreeing with him he told me he is going to cancel my next appointment and my membership, so not only did he not bother to help me with my concerns he canceled my next appointment and membership and left me with no results and almost $2,000 out of my pocket for nothing. They don’t aim to please the customer, so please don’t go to them with any concerns about your procedure after you have started your procedure they will cancel your membership and keep your money.
