Imagine putting in an order on a mobile app because your kids like to make their orders complicated and it's just easier that way then literally being lectured by an employee because you parked, put in the order, then got in line. He lectured me over parking putting in an order, then getting in line. The sarcastic crap attitude behind it was the icing on the cake. The funny thing he says it's faster to put in the order at the speaker than for them to pull the ticket. So they pulled my mobile order when I told them my name at the speaker which means they had the same amount of time to make it that they would have if I put it in there only less chance of them messing the order up with all of the customizations. Any time I've put an order in at the speaker here the order has been wrong. Funniest part is that he told me that now I'm holding up the line because he has to go start my order once I'm at the windows yet you pulled it up when I was at the speaker........ same amount of time yet they didn't start it. If you want people to wait longer between putting in an order and getting into the drive through put that in the app to let people know instead of talking down to your customers like they should magically know this. Worst customer service ever. And BTW when you're talking about your customer so loud it carries through even with the windows closed. Won't be back... I'll stick with dunkin. They purposefully made us the worst drinks I've ever had because of this. $31 literally got thrown...
Read moreWent to this location yesterday to purchase a drink and gift card after reloading my Starbucks wallet in the app. I’ve done this multiple times whenever I have a special occasion for a friend or coworker, so I know for a fact that it’s not an issue to use my reloaded card in the app to purchase. The cashier at the window insisted it’s no possible so I decided not to argue with her because it wasn’t that big of a deal to me at the time. I asked her to reload my card for the amount of my drink that I purchased so I could get star points for that and would just get the gift card separately. She nodded like she understood me, but totally ignored my request once she got my ahold of my card. She proceeded to run the drink and gift card purchase on one transaction without reloading my app at all so I didn’t get ANY stars for the purchase. Then when I expressed the issue, she immediately shrugged and literally said “sorry there’s nothing I can do.” She was rude from start to finish and ruined my Starbucks experience at that branch in particular. I won’t be returning to that location solely because of...
Read moreIf I could give this Starbucks zero stars, I would. The place might look nice, but the customer service is absolutely terrible. I placed a mobile order because the drive-thru line was ridiculously long. When we got to the speaker and announced the order, the barista was incredibly rude, snapping at us to give them more time next time in a condescending tone. The app said the order would be ready in 8 to 11 minutes—basically the same as ordering at the speaker. Surprise, surprise, it took exactly as long as the app said. But it gets worse. When we got to the window, the guy taking orders (redhead with a beanie and glasses) had a major attitude and then handed me the COMPLETELY WRONG ITEMS from my mobile order. This location desperately needs to retrain its staff and teach them how to interact with paying customers because the service here is a joke. Avoid this place unless you want to be treated like an...
