My mom was being seen by 2 fabulous physical therapist after she suffered a severe stroke. Well, when it came time to get an updated referral from my mom's doctor, a representative from this company got upset with mom and sent her referral back to Kaiser. Now my mom has to start all over with getting another referral resubmitted and approved before her services can start back again. So a break in service seems to be the norm with GA Home Health.
