Wow just wow. I entered late this afternoon to order a large Pink drink and witnessed another customer return a drink that was not made with almond milk as she had requested. I am assuming that she drank from the drink and that is how she realized that it was made incorrectly. Instead of tossing the drink immediately the Batista put it in the back counter, berated the customer within my earshot but not hers, and began making another drink for her.
