I never had issues order from this place until the past 3 times I been there within a month or so. They made my rush in the wrong size two times in a row I was there. I always order a 32oz BlackBerry cherry rush and 24oz a blue Hawaiian rush. Sometimes I order hash browns. They gave me a 24oz in the blackberry cherry, which is kinda annoying but not the end of the world. But Then this morning they made my blue Hawaiian. It’s PURPLE. The girl said it’s blue Hawaiian. This isn’t blue at all!! It taste like sweet tart also she got it in the wrong size, this is 32 oz. I never had issues at other locations before. They also said they can’t make hash browns cause the oven is not warm enough… they been open for about an hour now. I will never be coming back to this location again. The girl that has black hair wearing a Spartans sweat shirt this morning, girl that was there clearly don’t know what she is doing and is clearly color bind. I use to work in the food industry and I know sometimes you make mistakes and all but this is the third time in a row happening. What I think is the most disappointing is not only the wait lines for getting your order, but when you order, it's not right and then you still pay out the a**. 7 dollars and change for a "double"rush when it's simply a 12 ounce can ontop of ice is sinister. I understand inflation and all but when you order certain flavors, get the flavors right the first time. So I'm not forced into wasting my time not only in your line, but again in another line to try and have it made again and this time made accurately.
