Mainely Hotdogs Cafe (New-Smart phone #/Website/Hours) — Restaurant in Sanford

We ordered delivery online, we ordered chicken and cheese wrap, battered green beans and dirty rice. After the order was subsubmitted we recieved a notice that the dirty rice was substituted for a beef wrap... ummm what the actual?? Okay that's not at all close to the dirty rice. No option to opt of of said substitute was even on the order when we placed the order.. and to replace it with a dry scrambled hamburger in a wrap. Not even seasoned.
