KFC — Restaurant in Sanford

Dashers and customers ordering via DoorDash BEWARE!! Do not order KFC ONLINE. Customers having to keep cancelling because they have NO FOOD. For the THIRD night in a row, I’ve come to pick up and order and KFC just straight has no food. First night/customer: they don’t have biscuits, they don’t have crispy chicken or original, they didn’t have mac and cheese. Lost 20 mins, money trying to contact DD to help them cancel & get their money back, Last night/customer: she only ordered cherry poppers, they didn’t have those. Had to call DD and cancel, lost money and orders again. TONIGHT: customer orders 2 pot pies, guess what? Don’t have any of those either. Just lost 20 mins calling DD. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE GOOD. I’ve never seen a restaurant have no food more than this one! This place sucks we showed up at 7pm all the lights were off including the menu we saw an employee walking in the parking lot asked him if they were open he said yes he went in and had them turn on the sign and menu while I was ordering the girl was rude once we got up to the window they told us there would be a wait for our food we said that was fine as we sat and waited we noticed people walking out side another person sitting in the office ect. After 15 min our food still wasn’t ready!!! When he went in to see what was going on they were taking our 12 piece chicken dinner out of the mircowave and litterly throwing them in the box. By far, this place is THE ABSOLUTE WORST fast food place in this town! I honestly don't have any idea how this place stays open?! Never once have I ordered from here & nnù order was correct. Seriously, NOT EVEN ONCE! They are continuously out of items, which a lot of times, they don't tell you, until you come back with something due to it missing something & then you'll be very rudely told that they are out of said product as if it's your own fault, because the employees are truly THE WORST & always act as if it's an inconvenience to them, merely just taking your order. I've giving this place plenty of times (wayyy too, in fact!) to redeem themselves, but tonight was it! I WILL NEVER be back! & will be advising my friends & family to steer clear, as well!
