Cafe Perks — Restaurant in Sanford

I can't believe this place is still in Business. First time I eat there and I am so excited for the open faced roast beef sandwich. First bite, unchewable roast beef full of fat. Okay I try again fatty fat again. Picked up the little shaved pieces all of it was fatty pieces not eatable at all. I call, it was through door dash so I know I won't get a refund but they didn't even offer come in get a free meal and try us again. Then I asked for a manager and after she put me on hold to speak with someone about my complaint she said the manager was not in right now. I said ok the assistant manager let me speak with them. They are not there either. Shame on you Café Perks! first of all to let a meal go out like this, second not offering anything to make up for the horrible meal, third the manager not coming to the phone (or maybe they didn't have a manager there and that's is the reason for horrible food). DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. HORRIBLE FOOD AND CUSTOMER...

Ordered a tuna melt and a cheeseburger. The tuna melt was okay but the burger was missing roughly 1/4 of the top bun after opening the container (takeout order) and was literally falling apart before I'd even attempted to eat it (the french fries were also unsalted and fairly bland in both orders). After two bites the burger was bland and has dissolved into an absolute mess with the bun then breaking apart so much so that the rest of it would've only been edible with utensils, and I did not at all finish the meal. This is a sorry review to write as it's the closest eatery to me and I don't believe I'll ever be back again. This review is two-stars simply for the fact that the tuna melt was fine but I can't in good conscience recommend this establishment to anyone. We called ahead to see if they deliver. They told us they do not. We had to go through a delivery app so we went through DoorDash. We followed their instructions. We get our food and it was completely wrong. Everything was wrong! We got a huge amount of pancakes no syrup I ordered eggs Benedict I got country Benedict, my friend ordered scrambled eggs and a biscuit and bacon.
